Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is great for everyone of all ages with a wide range of benefits from Self-Defense to Competition and especially overall Fitness.

Learn how to implement proper timining and technique in order to defend yourself against larger and more physical opponents. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu focuses on the art of grappling. learn how to control your opponents and defend yourself.


After one Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class you will notice the overall demands in terms of strength, flexibility, cardio and muscular endurance. The more you practice, the better your fitness level will become.

Muay Thai

"The Art of Eight Limbs." Learn to use more than your fist in combat situations. Learn to take full advantage of your fist, elbows, knees, feet and more to defend yourself.
Physical and Performance Program

Muay Thai is a great exercise which aides in muscular development from your head to your feet. Every part of your body is engaged in a standard session maximizing muscular development, endurance and overall fitness performance.

Core Strength

Maximize your cardio fitness and core strength through Muay Thai. Muay Thai sessions routinely push the limits of an individuals cardio endurance and can increase core strength.

Healing Arts

Our Restoratives program encompasses a diverse set of healing techniques to meet the needs of each individuals body.

We offer both individual and group Yoga sessions. Whether you want to improve flexibility, relieve stress, increase your conditioning Yoga may be the program for you.

Acro Yoga

AcroYoga blends acrobatics, yoga and healing arts. In addition to health and exercice AcroYoga promotes strength and stretching conditioning while enabling physical and mental health recovery.

Thai Body Work

Do you need to relieve your muscle tension, work out nagging injuries or are you interested in overall body wellness? Try out our various Thai Body Work sessions.

Work on the Facility is still in Progress. The facility will include; Yoga Studio, Obstacle Warrior Course, Fitness Studio, and a Main Floor for Muay Thai & BJJ Instruction.
